High Stakes Poker Season 4

High Stakes Poker returned to the Game Show Network (GSN) on August 27, 2008 for the debut of its fourth season. Like last season the episodes were filmed from the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas NV. Unique this season is that the later episodes feature a $500K buy-in No Limit Hold’em cash game as opposed to the shows traditional $100K buy-in.

Players returning from previous seasons: Patrik Antonius, David Benyamine, Doyle Brunson, Todd Brunson, Eli Elezra, Antonio Esfandiari, Sam Farha, Jamie Gold, Barry Greenstein, Jennifer Harman, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Laak, Mike Matusow and Daniel Negreanu.

Players who made their show debut during season 4: Brandon Adams, Mike Baxter, Brian Brandon, Phil Galfond (a.k.a OMGClayAiken), Guy Laliberte, Bob Safai, Antonio Salorio and Haralabos Voulgaris.

Notes: Season 4 marked the first season where the show was taped from the same location as the previous season. Season 1 was taped at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Season 2 was taped at Las Palms Las Vegas and the show has been at the South Point Hotel and Casino since.
