Monica Reeves was born in 1972 in Hamilton, Ontario and has been a professional blackjack player for most of her life. After creating a comfortable bankroll she decided to take a shot at poker in 2005 and was coached by poker player Jim Worth (KrazyKanuck) . She ended up dating Worth and the two of them traveled the tournament circuit and Reeves made a few big scores.
Her scores were 8th at St. Marten Spring Poker Showdown, 114th at Aruba Poker Classic and 1st Bellagio Event. As of 2008, she has a total live tournament winnings that exceed $50,000. She also won a preliminary tournament in the Ultimate Blackjack Tour which aired on CBS and places second in the blackjack ladies event.
